Permanent labels are made with adhesives that are designed to create and sustain strong adhesive bonds with a range of materials and surface types. They are designed for applications that require a long term or whole life label or that involve labelled unusual materials or surface types.
Our range of permanent labels includes standard permanent adhesives (designed for general labelling applications) and special adhesives, which are designed to work in more specialised conditions and environments.
Our standard permanent adhesive works on a range of materials and surface types. We also supply stronger adhesives, including our high tack adhesive (for sticky paper labels) and marine adhesive (for waterproof labels). Both of these adhesives form strong bonds on a wide range of materials and surface types. The marine adhesive is designed specifically for outdoor and marine environments.
We also supply an opaque adhesive (for covering up existing print), a deep freeze adhesive (for frozen goods and samples), a water wash off adhesive (for labelling reusable containers like bottles and jars), and a void adhesive (for creating security labels and seals).
The strength and longevity of our permanent labels will be affected by the material or surface type, the temperature, application pressure, and the amount of time since the label was first applied.
