Vacuum Packing Machinery

This machine is a probe style vacuum sealer. It offers a greater versatility than a vacuum chamber as the sealing length can be made from 500mm to 3 metres if required. The process on the semi-automatic Type 101 is the product is placed in the bag. The bag is placed over the probe on the sealer and a manual arm is closed, this initiates the vacuum. Once the desired vacuum level is reached then a foot switch is pressed which closes the seal jaws and the hand clamp can be released.
