A single tower wet scrubbing catalytic system which provides enhanced performance over conventional caustic hypochlorite systems. The patented nickel catalyst converts the Sodium Hypochlorite solution to brine and then releases a highly reactive oxygen compound which is able to rapidly modify many odorous compounds.
