CW Wet Collector

Dirt-laden air is drawn through the collector under negative pressure. The action of the air being drawn through static mixer blades immersed in water causes a vigorous mixing of the dust particles and very fine water droplets. Droplets fall out of the air stream in the separation chamber and any final water droplets are removed by the mist eliminators. Clean air is discharged through the fan. The separated dirt settles out in the water storage tank and can be drained off or raked out.
