Conductive Fabric Over Foam gaskets are made from taffeta or rip stop polyester fabric which is coated with highly conductive copper topped with a nickel coating for corrosion resistance. The fabric is then wrapped around a polyurethane sponge core. The conductive fabric over foam gaskets give a very high degree of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and are perfect for low compression applications such as between lids and bases of enclosures, around doors and general gap filling. There are many shapes to choose from, such as rectangle, D shape, round and C shape, and they can easily be cut to size. Standard product has self-adhesive backing to make it easy to fix in place, and corners can be butt jointed.
