Air Blast Coolers / Dry Air Coolers

Water cooling for all your process cooling systems. The most economical and cost effective means of cooling your process equipment is with a dry air cooler, otherwise known as an air blast cooler, which will cool your process water to within 3°C of ambient. Dry air coolers can be supplied in a standard format or configured to suit particular sites, internally or externally. The most effective locations being outside on the north side of a building in the shade. Dry air coolers can be manufactured in a variety of designs dependant on site requirements and layouts. Air blast coolers of up to 400kW duty (based on cooling water to within 10°C of ambient) can be fully packaged units incorporating tank, pumps and all necessary controls, both electrical and mechanical so when the equipment arrives on site, all you need is to connect flow and return pipework plus mains electrics and equipment is ready to run. Other options could be a free standing dry air cooler, configured horizontally (air flow vertical) or vertically (air flow horizontal) with separate tank and water circulating pump plus controls.
