BCM bottle unscrambling machine installed

Earlier this year Excel supplied a new BCM bottle unscrambling machine to L’Oreal UK. The machine unscrambles 200ml and 250ml bottles and proceeds to auto load them into pucks at speeds of up to 170 bottles a minute Excel also supplied to L'Oreal a de pucker that de pucks the bottles and inverts them 180 degrees and then places them back on to the conveyor for labelling. Excel also provided and integrated all the puck return conveyors and cross overs thus offering the full turnkey solution. Jon Pym says “as customer requirements become more focused on quick change overs and automation we are able to offer the range of bottle Unscramblers from BCM to suit production requirements from 40 a minute up to 200 a minute. With the use of our puck return system the customer can greatly reduce change over and set up times
