Achieve 0.1 mm Precision

AnkerMake M5C supports a range of nozzle sizes to suit your printing needs. With a 0.2 mm nozzle, it supports a layer thickness of 0.1 mm, resulting in a Ra value of 5 and a maximum height difference of 30 μm. Normal 3D print settings use a 0.4 mm nozzle with a layer thickness of 0.2 mm, resulting in a Ra value of 12 and a maximum height difference of 50 μm.

Anti Vibration Design

Integrated Z axis Module

The machine produces less shaking during movement thanks to a three times larger connection area between the Z-axis and the base, and an up to 0.01 mm Z-axis assembly surface that is matched seamlessly with the base. The hidden slider guide design replaces point contact with surface contact, providing better vibration suppression.
 

Integrated Base

We've increased the weight of the base to 5 kg and reduced the center of gravity to achieve lower than 0.09 mm vibration amplitude when printing at high speed

PowerBoost™ 2.0 is an upgraded motion control system with a powerful stepper motor, belt driveshaft, and an S-smoothing algorithm that gradually increases the printing speed and acceleration of our 3D printers—without sacrificing print quality.
 

S-Smoothing Algorithm

Developed based on the Pressure Advance and Input Shaper algorithms in the Klipper firmware to reduce inertia and jerking, and suppress vibrations during high-speed printing.
 

Stronger Power Release

The extrusion motor achieves a 21.6:1 ultra-large reduction ratio through the large φ19 mm extrusion gear, which reduces the weight and volume of the nozzle module and improves the accuracy of motion control, making it suitable for high-speed printing.
