PREPARING FOR MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING

The Macmillan Coffee Morning event is just around the corner, this is for a great cause and is an excuse to get tucked into some delightful cakes and enjoy a catch-up over a coffee whilst raising money for patients facing cancer. coffee-2354851_960_720.jpg Macmillan was founded in 1911 and have grown to be the UK’s leading source of cancer support, helping provide support for millions of people. This cause has raised awareness and money for the incredible nursing teams to help provide exceptional care to those struggling with cancer. With the money raised the charity is able to provide support through their Macmillan Support Line, grants, advice and further care. We’ve listed below a number of top tips on raising those vital funds for a cause that unfortunately everyone can relate to: Prepare your bakes! We all love a bit of cake, however you have to be cautious of any potential allergies that people may have, so we recommend using labels to show everyone what products are in your tasty treats. Stand out! Make your coffee morning a big hit by coming up with some quirky, fun ideas to mix the morning up a bit.
