We announce the winner of our monthly hamper Competition. The Problem: 132 Harley Street contacted Eden Kafevend as they were experiencing problems with their existing coffee solution, their bean to cup machine. The machine was becoming unreliable and they had experienced poor service from their current provider. The daily maintenance of the machine was becoming too much of a hassle and despite the machine being bean to cup they had received comments on poor tasting drinks. This was a particular concern as the coffee machine was used mainly by patients visiting the clinic. The Solution: The customer had received our 'Pay only for drinks' email and enquired through our telemarketing team. After hearing about the problems 132 Harley Street were experiencing, they arranged a meeting with their designated Account Manager, Stephen. The appointment included a demonstration of our market leading FLAVIA Creation 500 coffee machine. This low-maintenance machine produces great tasting coffee and is extremely reliable. Stephen met with Bridget and explained the benefits of the FLAVIA Creation 500 coffee machine, including the low maintenance, reliability and consistency of the drinks – that would keep everyone satisfied. The team were able to join the demonstration and enjoyed the opportunity to view the machine and see how easy it was to use. After consulting with the practitioner owners, 132 Harley Street were happy to proceed with an all-inclusive pay only for drinks package. Eden Kafevend take the normal coffee machine rental and servicing costs and dissolve them into the price of the drinks - it's that easy.
