Domus Ventilation are pleased to announce that we have been awarded a full suite of quality, environmental, management and health & safety systems certification, courtesy of the BSI. Industry First The Polypipe Group’s ventilation division, of which Domus Ventilation is part of, is the first to achieve this within the domestic ventilation sector and clearly demonstrates their ability to consistently deliver quality on all fronts. Our commitment to quality, safety and the environment is proven by this range of excellent accreditations: ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management System; ISO 14001:2015 compliant Environmental Management System PAS 99:2012 Integrated Management System BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Evaluation and Improvement In order to attain the complete range of certification and maintain our commitment to fully compliant services, we undertook a full review of operations. After developing a strategy with key staff members, the external BSI audit process took six months and led to the creation of new documented policies and procedures, along with tools for ongoing improvement.
