Self Adhesive Fabric Wallpaper - Printed Wall Murals
We print your graphics in-house for stunning results using high-quality odourless inks, ensuring no chemical smells for your wall graphic. The fabric does not rip, wrinkle, peel or curl and breathes well on contracting or expanding surfaces. It is important to note that the material will withstand the elements, but inks exposed to continued sun can begin to fade. One of the key benefits of the material is how simple it is to fit and remove. It comes with a self-adhesive backing which makes it simple to put up on a wall. Initially, the adhesive is removable meaning you can get your graphics into the perfect position. After application, the adhesive becomes more permanent to ensure your graphics remain safe when in use. When it is time to remove them, the material leaves no residue behind for a quick and easy process. This advanced material is perfect for use with all non-porous smooth surfaces. Whether you need a small wall mural or an entire wall covering, this is an excellent and versatile solution for you. Don't have artwork? If you don't have artwork ready to supply, we offer a design service at a reasonable price, to create a print-ready file for you. If you are looking for images to use, we recommend Shutterstock who have a wide range of designs that would be suitable for printed wall coverings. If you have any questions about installation you can read our guide below or contact us via e-mail or phone 020 8664 5660 and we will be happy to help. Installation Tips How To Install - Download Our Installation Guide Preparing The Surface Ensure your surface is clean and dry before applying the wallpaper material. You can clean your surface using a warm, damp cloth and then allow it to dry completely. If applying to a painted wall, it is recommended to prime the wall to make sure paint doesn't peel off the wall. Applying To The Surface Start at the top of the graphic to be applied and pull down approximately four to four inches of the backer and crease it. Apply the exposed adhesive to the desired surface slowly to avoid air bubbles. Once the beginning segment is level and in the proper position, continue applying the image in four to six-inch increments. If your wall is large it can be helpful to have other people help you to apply the graphic. This way one person can pull the backer off while the other works on adhering the graphic. If air bubbles or wrinkles appear after applying the wall graphic, you can peel the desired area back and gently reapply with a soft, felt-sided squeegee to remove any bubbles. Pressing firmly but gently you can hold the squeegee at a 45-degree angle with overlapping strokes. An air release tool may be used to pop stubborn air pockets. Removing The Self Adhesive Wall Graphic We do not advise the installation of this material over untreated drywall or drywall that has not been primed. There may be some peeling of the drywall upon removal of the adhesive material. On any surface, we suggest removing it slowly, at a 180-degree angle, pulling straight back against the material to minimize the tension against the surface from which it is being removed. Removal is recommended at cooler temperatures. Odourless and Sustainable Print With printed wallpaper, we know how important it is for the print to have an odorless finish. This is particularly crucial for confined areas and environments such as schools and hospitals. We print all our custom wallpaper using latex inks. Not only are they backed by impressive credentials such as UL ECOLOGO, GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified, and Eco Mark-Certified, they also meet strict environmental standards, without compromising on the print quality.
