At the same time they purchased another building at Morston Court, separate project. This building was the customer facing part of the business so the old store needed to represent the corporate identity but also be practical. One of the first problems was that the whole internal space needed stripping out. They also needed a reception areas, some client meeting rooms near the reception and an admin area close by. Upstairs there was also a requirement for office space.
