For this particular application the customer had a drain inlet depth of 3100mm. With other treatment plant manufacturers this would normally mean that the client would have to install a sewage pumping station to lift the sewage into a shallower treatment plant which is both expensive and not good for the process efficiency of the system. As Clenviro Ltd are not constrained by moulds, as with other manufacturers, our only limitations are that of transport and the size of our door!! By being able to manufacture this unit to meet the specific needs of the customer's site, we were able to show a considerable saving on potential installation costs for both time and materials.
