We are a family firm based in Blackburn. Our professionally trained balloon artists (CBA certified) can create out of the ordinary and individual balloon designs for any occasion. At Classic Partytime we do not believe in set packages. We will spend time talking you through the different designs and designing your balloon arrangements with you, making sure we incorporate your ideas, theme and colour scheme. Where needed we will visit your venue and take measurements and notes so that the balloons successfully enhance your event rather than clash with their surroundings. Within these pages you will find a wide range of balloon designs, but don't think what you see is what you get. If you like the top part of one design and the bottom part of another, just let us know and we combine the two to create a new balloon design of your choice. So have a long look through and imagine them with different colours, prints, and heights. Don't forget! At Classic Partytime we can print foil balloons with images and writing via computer or glitter. Your name could be on your balloons!
