The ruggedly constructed BS32 Mini offers a very powerful yet cost-effective machine compact design for bench or mobile mounting with the capacity for hose assemble from-04 (DN6) to -32 (DN50) when supplied with the included 9 sets of standard dies.
The 'snap in' dies BS 32 Mini dies are manufactured to the same exacting standards as those used on the larger BE 32- 50 series machines. A wide range of extra dies, one-pieceflared type and special purpose dies are also available.
Setting and adjustment are simplicity itself. The direct reading micrometre gauge allows rapid swage size setting of the single-acting, gas spring return workhead.
The push-button control circuit incorporates an automatic 'stop at size' facility at the set size and includes a 'set size reached' indicator light.
To reduce downtime to a minimum all the modular 'plug in' components such as the setting gauge, hydraulic valve and related solenoids, can be replaced in minutes.
