Banner BS32-50HDF Floorstand

The BS32-50HDF is a very high performance swaging press for maintenance and distributor use where large bore 6-wire hoses are assembled on a regular basis. The snap-in detent retained dies, up to 105 mm long, easily accommodate 6-wire twin elbow hose assembly up to the ? 32 (DN50) capacity of the machine.The BS32-50HDF features foot pedal control for hands free operation before and during hose assembly. Once the preset size is attained the adjustable automatic retract system returns the dies to a preset position, facilitating rapid large batch production. Quick change die tooling isalso available.
