The BS32-50HDB is a very high-performance bench-mounted swaging press for maintenance and distributor use where large bore 6-wire hoses are assembled on a regular basis.
The snap-in detent retained dies, up to 105 mm long, easily accommodate 6-wire twin elbow hose assembly up to the – 32 (DN50) capacity of the machine.
The BS32-50HDB shown here with the extra factory fitted automated controller is ideal for distributor, small batch and repair use and offers button control, an automatic stop at the chosen size, plus a micrometre direct-dial setting gauge.
A wide range of standard flared one-piece and other special-purpose dies are also available at your request.
Additionally optional quick change tooling is available.
