Banner Fluid Power is pleased to supply you with the annular BS10H which offers a compact, high performance, new solution to 'on site' and maintenance hose repairs independent of a power supply and at only 18kl can be carried literally anywhere you need to go. With the capacity to assemble microbore through to -10(DN16) 4SP hoses, the BS 10H is suitable for maintenance, workshop, mobile or breakdown /standby use and is naturally built to the usual high standards you have come to expect from Banner.
The BS 10H is supplied as standard with a basic range of 3 sets of quick to fit die sets – 14, 18 and 22mm – allowing assembly of spiral hoses from -04(DN6) to -10(DN16). Extra Dies 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20mm for micro bore and intermediate hose assembly are also available.
Machine setting and adjustment are simplicity itself. Swage size setting is achieved by adjusting the direct reading micrometre type gauge. Select and fit the appropriate dies, set the machine gauge to the required finished diameter then operate the hand pump until the gauge setting is reached.
