Cooling Systems Performance Improvements

Existing Cooling Towers can be modified to achieve reduced cold water temperatures, thereby improving system operation and reducing operating costs. Increased water temperatures can cause major operating problems in process and HVAC applications. An independent test and report can identify the source and size of the problem following which recommendations can be made to improve the Cooling Tower performance. In one Tower case study, Vistech Cooling Systems achieved a water temperature reduction of almost 5°C by replacement of the existing Packing and Distribution system with high performance alternatives.
