New Seetru Thermal Oil Heated Magnetic Liquid Level Gauge

Ideal For Heavy Oils We are pleased to offer Thermal Oil Heating, Steam Heating and Electric Heating for our Seemag magnetic gauge. This heating allows for the measurement of highly viscous fluids, such as heavy fuel oils. Thermal Oil Heating Copper tube is attached to the rear guard tube, from bottom of the indicator and then exits the indicator at the top. It then runs down the outside of the indicator in one continuos loop. The enclosure is then fitted around the indicator to protect the copper tube. Oil can be fed through the pipe to heat the liquid in the by-pass tube. Example: Ambient air temperature = 20°C 50°C to 70°C liquid temperature in indicator when supplied with 108°C Oil. Steam Heating Seemag Magnetic Level Gauge Steam is fed to the gauge in a copper tube to heat the liquid in the main by-pass tube. The copper steam heating system is fully protected within a full gauge enclosure. Example: Ambient air temperature = 20°C Steam pressure 1.5 bar = 68°C liquid temperature Steam pressure 3 bar = 85°C liquid temperature Electrical Heating Seemag Magnetic Level Gauge An electronic control box can be used to regulate the temperature of the liquid in the main by-pass tube via an electrical heating element and a temperature probe. The electrical heating element is fully protected within a full gauge enclosure. The control box has a voltage supply of 220-240V (other voltages on request) and has a temperature display.
