Marine & Ship Building Liquid Level Gauges
Gauges for Ship Building (FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS) The Seeflex and Seemag Gauges are designed in accordance with SOLAS requirements (Safety Of Lives At Sea) and can be used for Flammable liquids on board work and cargo ships. These gauges have worldwide type approvals from marine authorities including: > Lloyds Register of Shipping > DNV (Det Norsk Veritas) > ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) > RINA > Nippon > BV (Bureau Veritas) > Germanischer Lloyds. The Seeflex Gauge This gauge is a flat glass gauge, which uses Borosilicate Reflex glass. It is fitted with push button self-closing isolation valves available in Bronze or Stainless Steel. These can be operated remotely via hydraulic controls. The tank connections are either 42mm OD weld boss or flanges. Maximum working pressure: 2.67 barg Maximum working temperature: 80 deg C The Seemag Magnetic Gauge This gauge is a Magnetic By-pass gauge. Its unique design has considerable advantages over conventional magnetic gauges including accurate step-less reading with all round visibility and the option of high/low level alarms with remote digital reading. This gauge is manufactured from Stainless Steel and has a Polycarbonate guard tube with scale marked every millimetre, figured every centimetre. The available connections are; threaded, stub pipe for welding or flanges. Maximum working pressure: 16.5 barg for marine applications Maximum working temperature: 180 deg C Gauges for Ship Building (NON-FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS) The Quickmount Gauge This gauge is a tubular gauge available with either a Borosilicate Glass or Polycarbonate Plastic sight tube, and metal protective guard tube. The end units (tank connections) are available in Bronze, Stainless Steel or Polypropylene with rubber O-ring seals to suit the liquid. This gauge is available with either manual screw down isolation valves or Auto Safety Shut-off Valves. Standard connections are threaded BSP or NPT, however DIN or ANSI flanges are also available. Maximum working pressure: 22 barg Maximum working temperature: 180 deg C The Tubular Marine Gauge This gauge is a tubular gauge available with either a borsilicate glass or Polycarbonate plastic sight tube and etal protective guard tube. This gauge is fitted with push button self-closing isolation valves available in Bronze or Stainless Steel. The tank connections are either 42mm OD weld boss or flanges. Maximum working pressure: 3.68 barg Maximum working temperature: 100 deg C The Admirality Gauge This gauge is a tubular gauge available with either a Borosilicate glass or Polycarbonate plastic sight tube and metal protective gaurd tube. It's unique design makes it suitable for tanks with non-parallel or shaped sides. This gauge is fitted with push button self-closing isolation alves available in Bronze or Stainless Steel. The tank connections are 42mm OD weld boss Maximum working pressure: 22 barg Maximum working temperature: 150 deg C Optional Electronic & Digital Read Out Remote reading system and/or computer interface options provide a dual system with the advantages of both electronic and sight glass systems. Level alarms can also be implemented. For More Information Contact Our Technical Engineers: Tel: +44 (0)117 927 9204 Fax: +44 (0)117 919 8193 Email: enquiries@seetru.com
