GEAF TARPAULIN: ST Stationary Head

GEAF ST large fixed bar welder The ST stationary head range of tarpaulin welders offer the customer a very flexible method of producing tarpaulin products including HGV curtains, marquees, tents and large structures. The SO machine can be supplied with an integrated generator supplying a power output of 8, 12 or 15 kw. The operator is protected by a pneumatically operated plexiglass guarding system with a lower touch sensitive sensor. The guard is operated by foot pedals and lowered by pneumatic cylinders and must be in the lower position to start the press cycle - thus ensuring maximum safety. All timers, power regulators and alarm lamps are positioned inside a control panel on the left of the machine. A pneumatically controlled tool clamping system allows quick and easy tool changovers.
