RH Plastics Technology GAINS ACCREDITATION FOR TUV ISO 9001-2008

RHPT GAINS ACCREDITATION FOR TUV ISO 9001-2008 We have successfully passed the rigorous TUV ISO 9001-2008 accreditation. The TUV ISO 9001-2008 is recognised as one of the main quality systems and we are very happy to have gained this accreditation. There were no discrepancies found in our operation system. This can be attributed to the hard work of our quality manager John Kidd. Well done John. We feel that it is vitally important to not only show our commitment to improving our service to our customers but to also achieve this goal. As part of the quality system we regularly send out questionnaires to our customers asking them to evaluate our performance. The questionnaire has 14 questions ranging from standard of advise given to overall standard of customer service. The questions are evaluated using a 1-5 marking system, (1 being poor 5 being excellent). We have evaluated the questionnaires for 2008 and the overall score for RHPT was 4.5. Although this mark is high we want to achieve a better score next year so we will endeavour to improve our services to our customer next year.
