IKAR Adjustable Work Positioning / Fall Restraint System – 3.0m to EN358:2000 All rope used in these systems conform to EN 1891 as type ‘A’ semi-static rope and have very little stretch and energy absorption. It is vital therefore that these devices are NOT subjected to an arrested fall – they are designed as Personal Fall Prevention Equipment only. Users of this type of system should be trained in its safe use and the applications it is designed to be used in. This should include selection of connectors, selection of a suitable anchor point and appropriate length for the application
