Chambers for hot smoking, hot air cooking, baking, roasting, drying and defrosting (with the Circo Smoke System). We can offer you complete solutions for the hot smoking process, from the single-trolley chamber for the small processor, up to multiple trolley chamber with automated transport within the chamber for an industrial sized operation. Single trolley chambers come in seven different sizes. Multiple trolley chambers are for 2 to 10 trolleys in single or twin rows. Our UNIGAR® type chambers can be fitted with various types of heating - Electric heating, oil, natural gas or steam. For each size of chamber required, we can offer the correct smoke generator. This can either be a UNIFUM® sawdust smoke generator or a friction smoke generator from the FR series. In addition we can offer you the condensation smoke method that we have patented along with the option to connect a liquid smoke system.
