Our approach to your ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification. Our consultant meets with the client management to assess the specific process and system needs. A project solution is proposed and confirmed in writing with a quote covering implementation and certification costs. Upon acceptance, a detailed gap analysis is undertaken and a written report for corrective action produced which forms the basis for a project timeline. The project timeline is produced and agreed with the client management. Milestone dates include a certification audit by a UKAS accredited company. This timeline is carefully constructed to ensure that the new system roles and responsibilities and control procedures are carefully phased in, so as to avoid any disruption of the clients business. In the latter phases, staff awareness briefings are provided to launch the operation of the new 'best practice' system. Finally, if required, internal auditor training is provided on site. This includes an extensive practical session that completes the initial audits on the planned audit programme.
