The MMNJU filter series is widely used in hydraulic systems and is fitted on the top or side of the hydraulic tank. Side mounting is suitable where space over the tank is restricted. The advantage of either mounting method is that the strainer element can be accessed and cleaned without entering the tank, thus keeping contamination to a minimum.
