Before production you will be sent a proof for approval and be given the opportunity to make a set of amends. Production Perfection takes time! Because we do not supply from stock and have to manage the printing process, production can take up to 3 weeks from artwork sign-off. Don't be surprised if they arrive at your office earlier though!
