Equipment Servicing For the long and trouble-free life of your machine, it is vital that the equipment is regularly serviced and repaired. Kenburn's engineers are based around the country to provide national coverage. We offer a range of service agreements designed to ensure the best possible performance from your equipment. Included in our standard support agreement we will:- • Service your machine during preventative maintenance visits. Each year we will service the machine the number of times recommended by the manufacturer. • Check and document all the safety functions of your equipment. • For any breakdowns, absorb the cost of the callout plus the first hour of labour once our engineer is on site. So unlike some of our competitors, you don’t pay for any travel time. • Only charge you a reduced rate for any additional labour required. We guarantee that your equipment will be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure correct operation and long life. As well as our standard service agreements we offer a range of tailored or bespoke arrangements to suit every circumstance.
