LIST OF INGREDIENTS
6 long sweet red & yellow peppers
1 pack of Cypressa Greek Feta 200g
2 tomatoes, sliced
Cypressa extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
Feta Cheese
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees & lightly oil the baking tray.
Slice the ends of the peppers off & scrape out the seeds inside
Cut the feta into cubes and stuff inside the peppers
Place into baking tray and sprinkle with the sliced tomatoes & black pepper
Drizzle with olive oil & bake for around 45- 50 mins
