Serves 2-3 people LIST OF INGREDIENTS 2 Chicken Breasts 1 small onion, chopped. 1 large (or 2 small) garlic cloves crushed. 1 teaspoon Turmeric 2 teaspoons Garam Masala ½ teaspoon salt Chilli powder (optional) 50g Almonds, chopped in a processor until small 5 tablespoons yogurt or crème fraiche Fresh Coriander, chopped. You can find the Almonds here METHOD Fry onion in oil, once soft fry crushed garlic. Add Turmeric, Garma Masala and Salt (and optional chilli powder), fry for a few minutes to cook spices. Add almonds and fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken and yogurt (or crème fraiche), cover and cook for 10 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked). Serve with rice and add coriander to taste.
