(Generic photo) You can find the Bulgur wheat here LIST OF INGREDIENTS 200g bulgur wheat 2 eggs 1 red onion, finely chopped 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp cayenne pepper Large bunch fresh coriander, chopped 100g dried cranberries salt and pepper, to taste 4 tbsp olive oil METHOD Cook the bulgar wheat in approximately 400ml water for 15 – 20 mins or until cooked through. Rinse under cold water and leave aside to cool. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, together. Shape the mixture into golf-ball sized balls and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry the balls for 3-4 minutes. Finish them in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve on their own as a snack or with yoghurt.
