The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is designed for those wishing to take their first steps into teaching in adult education.

Understanding Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training.
Understanding and Using Inclusive Teaching and Learning Approaches in Education and Training.
Understanding Assessment in Education and Training.

The course is run over 5 days with a combination of classroom learning hours and the completion of a learner assessment portfolio. This course can be delivered at your own venue for staff or we have a learning centre close to Gatwick, contact us for more informaiton.

Only entry requirment is that the candidate must be 19 years of age at course start date.
