Description D&E Res-Lock face fix window restrictor The JBC360 and JBC361 are locking face fix window restrictors designed to limit the opening of a window to 100mm. Suitable for use on aluminium, timber & PVCu, inward and outward opening including side hung, top hung and tilt and turn windows. Surface mounted for quick and easy installation. Supplied Handed. This product ensures Duty of care for the restricting the opening of windows on the first floor and above. Conforms to BS6375 Part 2: 1987. Construction: Stainless steel and Zinc alloy Window opening: 100mm Operation: Automatic locking on opening the window, only releasable via the key. Studs are required & sold seperately, see JBC362 & JBC363 for various lengths available.
