Mark Ankers Promoted to Vice President of Product Management

MT. KISCO, NY, Oct. 2012 — Curtis Instruments, Inc. announces that Mr. Mark Ankers has been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President, Product Management and corporate officer of the company. In his new role, Mr. Ankers will be responsible for worldwide product management for Curtis product lines. He has been a highly successful member of the Curtis product management team since 2007, serving as Director of Product Management, Motor Speed Controllers. He will also spearhead the company’s technical training initiative. Mr. Ankers received a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1998 from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Ankers had two decades of progressively responsible experience. His successful career has encompassed the full spectrum of control system installation and commissioning, applications engineering, technical sales and product marketing responsibilities. He has worked extensively on industrial automation and motor control systems in the Industrial, Marine, and Electric Vehicle markets across Europe and the US. In his new capacity, Mr. Ankers will report to Mr. Richard Sadler, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing
