STEELEXPRESS Ltd – News Update !! 4th Everising to be installed Jan 2013, Wednesday, 3rd October 2012 STEELEXPRESS Limited based in Wolverhampton, a leading metals stockholder of stainless, high speed, tool and structural steels, including aluminium, bronze and copper alloy sections, has ordered its third ‘Everising NC Bandsaw’ from us. The last machine that was installed for Steelexpress a few months ago, was an ‘Everising - Column H560 HANC Bandsaw’ with a top capacity of 560mm (22”). These latest ‘Everising’ bandsaws are brilliantly equipped with extremely simple to operate, User friendly and colour touch screen controls technology. A major feature of these new NC bandsaws, is their user flexibility, in that they allow a variety of multiple length cuts to be programmed for a common bar stock, whilst at the same time, compensating for blade kerf when the saw is multiple indexing. Operating parameters, that once set into these machines, enable them to do their job accurately, efficiently and consistently without supervision, another major benefit.
