Powder-coating is widely recognized as providing a superior finish for products where a high quality, durable and corrosion resistant surface is required, and is used for a wide range of both commercial and domestic products from galvanised signs, heating and ventilation parts to garden furniture, gates and motorcycle frames. Our Plant: We operate 4 Waterwash Spray Plants, 3 Ovens and a Water-based Turbex Degreasing Plant. Preparation: Shotblasting, Degreasing, Filling and all necessary Manual Preparation, plus a Masking Service. Paint: Stove Enamel, Acrylic, 2-Pack Polyeurethane, 2-Pack Yellow Etch Primer, Chromate-free 2-Pack Etch Primer, Cellulose and more. Powder: Polyester, Epoxy & Epoxy Polyester (in both standard and architectural ranges), Polyeurethane. PVC & Air-drying for MDF. Colour Matching: RAL, BS, Pantone, Dulux and swatch matching. Packing & Delivery: All items are wrapped and packaged where appropriate using a variety of suitable materials. Turnaround: Our turnaround is quick and efficient. We also offer a collection and delivery service. In recent years, mindful of environmental effects, we have installed specialist equipment to reduce particulate emissions into the atmosphere and tailored our operation towards safer, more environmentally-friendly processes, whilst retaining a high quality finish.
