Sevenoaks Environmental Consultancy completed a range of multi-disciplinary environmental surveys in a very short timeframe to inform the Client's due diligence ahead of their bid to purchase the site. Due diligence surveys completed included a initial contaminated land assessment, preliminary geotechnical assessment, site specific service detection survey, CCTV drainage survey, archaeological assessment, outline drainage strategy, topographic survey (including building elevations) and non-intrusive UXO survey. Within 2 weeks from the commencement of work, all assessments were completed, the results were interpreted in the context of the Client's proposed redevelopment of the site and bespoke due diligence advice was provided to the Client highlighting their risks and opportunities for consideration in relation to the proposed purchase of the site for redevelopment and associated budgeting decisions.
