RUST PROOFING KIT BY LEMMER A professional piece of equipment capable of daily use in an industrial environment manufactured by the LEMMER company of Canada. Capable of spraying both low viscosity cavity wax and high build under body wax the pressure vessel is able to apply wax at up to 125 psi assuring good atomisation. The gun comes complete with a flexible cavity extension wand, a 360 degree cavity wand and a flat spray under body coating tip. The LEMMER HD-460 requires 2 - 8 cfm of air depending on the pressure length of hose or viscosity wax used. For application of thin waxes set the regulator from 20 - 40 psi. For thicker waxes set from 60 - 90 psi.Maximum operating pressure of 125 psi ensures good atomisation of most products. The Lemmer has stainless steel needle tip and seat which means it is also suitable for application of water based materials............ Supplied with 45 degree cavity wand as shown in picture and 800mm long cavity injection wand with a 360 degree spray head for complete injection of pipes or box sections. A flat spray tip is also supplied for spraying thicker materials such as under body wax onto panels. .... All hoses are supplied with a snap fit connector for quick exchange of wand or nozzle during application.
