Voltage Monitoring In Racks

Rittal now offer, as an accessory for the CMC-TC security and monitoring solution, a voltage monitor with IEC switch output to check the power supply to active equipment in racks. The sensor is used to monitor voltage limits, which may be set via a web interface or SNMP. As an additional option, the voltage may also be switched on or off via the module in order to reboot connected equipment via the network. Standard, commercially available IEC320 connectors are connected as the input signal, and an IEC320 socket is used to connect the equipment. The maximum and minimum limits of voltage measurement are freely selectable and the switching operation may be initiated in a time or event based manner.
