Production of Turned Parts to High Tolerances

Our versatile Bridgeport GS150 lathe combined with an automatic bar feed enables Presspahn to quickly produce turned parts to high tolerances in materials such as PEEK, PTFE, Acetal, Polyester Glass, GRP, Epoxy Glass, SRBP, SRBF. Using a quick collect system, we can quickly change bar size from 5mm to 41mm while remaining accurately centred. The Flex C collet system ensures even pressure around softer materials and ensures no damage is done when clamping in place.
