This ZSP Stainless Steel Casserole Pan has a 5ltr capacity.  The smallest sized commercial casserole pan in the ZSP range, it is made from stainless steel featuring  brushed interior and exterior.  For soups, stews and casseroles, this pan is designed for commercial caterers.  It’s encapsulated base with an aluminium core ensures even heat distribution and it can be used on induction, gas and electric heat sources.  With two handles for easy moving this casserole pot can be used with the coordinating ZSP pan lid, which is sold separately, available on stock code ZA000083.
