Temperature Probe Thermometer Red Gourmet with folding probe   The water resistant Gourmet folding probe thermometer is an easy to use food thermometer, ideal for monitoring cooking, cooling and food holding temperatures.   The unit measures temperature over the range of -39.9 to 149.9 C with a 0.1 C/F resolution and incorporates two push button switches, on/off and hold.   The Gourmets battery will last up to 3,000 hours continuous use.Each unit incorporates a food penetration probe (3.5 x 110mm) that folds back into the side of the instrument when not in use, rotating through 180 degrees, allowing the user tostore the instrument safely.   The Gourmet thermometer now features a CalCheck 0 C function.   The Cal Check is activated by pressing both the on/off and hold buttons simultaneously at the time of switching it on, this feature allows the user to check the accuracy and correct working of the thermometer as often as they wish.
