Not only for health, safety and hygiene but also at this temperature the blood in meats does not run, so creates less mess   Suitable For Fresh Fish -1/ 1ºC Fresh fish shold be kept at -1/ 1ºC. Note that specific fridges must be used for fresh fish storage. Fresh fish gives off ammonia so stainless steel refrigerators with specially coated refrigeration parts are required.   Site Survey This is a large unit. Please make sure site has been correctly surveyed both for access (door width/steps etc) and also that the area for the fridge is big enough and there is a suitable electrical supply. The unit can be removed the from trolley base and counter mounted. (please note if counter mounting you will need to cut a slot for the drip tray which is mounted in the middle at the back of the unit).
