Bench Top Filling Machine

Karmelle's Bench Top Filler is a compact machine, ideally suited for small volumes or short runs. Run by compressed air, this entry-level filling machine is flexible, accurate and can achieve rapid changeovers. Its small footprint means it can be easily bench-mounted. The primary function of the machine is pneumatic logic and is safe for hazardous areas (EX) or wash-down facilities. Flow is controlled either by a quick release nozzle or feed pipe, depending on where the product is being pumped. Once the filling head is positioned in the container, the head is locked to prevent spillage.
