Key role for J & E Hall units at supermarket

J & E Hall commercial condensing units are providing the cooling for a new supermarket in Peterborough. Seven J & E Hall Fusion Scroll units were chosen for the Europoli premises. The food store, is noted for an extensive range of products from Eastern European countries, including Poland, Latvia, Romania, Lithuania and Slovakia. The equipment was installed by Leicester-based DLG Shopfitters as part of a three-week transformation which saw a former discount pound shop gutted and the Europoli store established with a gleaming new identity in the Cambridgeshire cathedral city. The Fusion Scroll units were supplied by distributor AFR. A selection of units from the J & E Hall Fusion Scroll range was chosen to provide the cooling for a 27.5-metre long chiller for dairy products, a 17-metre serve-over counter for meats, two chiller rooms for dairy products and fresh meat; and a 10-metre bank of upright freezers.
