Trees and Border Disputes

I have been involved in a number of border disputes involving trees and have been able to provide successful solutions to a number of cases from Harlech to Hyde working together with Insepes Lawyers specialists in border assessment. Almost invariably border disputes and trees generate from unreasonableness from neighbouring property. When applying relevant law both statutory and case precedent such disputes are generally easily resolved. In a recent case, a magnificent mature Wych Elm was threatened by property development. Through prompt action from the local authority, a TPO was installed and this rare and beautiful tree was saved for future generations.

If you have three issues relating to borders Iros Arb and Insepes can assist!
