Innova Design and Build was founded in 2001 by Hugh Watson. After many years as a Mechanical Design Engineer himself, Hugh saw the opportunity to create a more efficient engineering company by fully exploiting 3D machining software with the manufacturing process. Recent investment has been in machinery as the company has moved away from purchasing standard milling machines and opted for machines with multiple pallets, large capacity tooling cabinets and robotic control. This has significantly increased capacity and gives the company the ability to run proven jobs overnight reducing lead times and keeping costs competitive. Innova works across multiple industry sectors. The largest market sector it services is the electronic industry, machining a wide range of electronic enclosures and heatsinks. Innova can provide parts plated and painted and have many years’ experience dealing with the specific requirements of aerospace and military specifications.
