Radiation is the energy transfer between two objects of different temperatures. The heat will always flow from the warmer object to the colder one. In a Radiant Ceiling, the heating foil heats up the ceiling surface by conduction. The surface will then transfer the heat to other colder objects by radiation until there is a temperature balance. The air will then get warmer by conduction. A comfortable indoor climate will be obtained as the floors, walls, objects such as furniture and people will settle at an even temperature (220-230C). The air temperature will be slightly lower (170-180C) without affecting the feeling of well- being and thus reduce energy consumption.This heating system is highly efficient and reliable.
